50% commission = $100,000
each year!
Requirements:
A strong background in sales or a related type business will be considered.
Must be computer literate with the ability to access the Internet while making
sales calls.
Startup
period:
There is a 90 day startup period. During this time we will be actively involved
in training you and in
helping you build up your account base. All commissions
will be at level 4 = 40% of total banner ad sales.
After the 90 day period
your commission rate will be based on the amount of banner sales each month.
Commissions:
To receive commissions on banner ad sales
and on renewals from
the last year you
need to
maintain a minimum of 3 sales per month. Commissions are paid at
the end of each month.
* Adjusted commission
rates are paid at the end of 3 months if you move up to a higher level.
Example:
Based on a $500 dollar banner ad.
Level
5 - Regional - 50% commission
on banner ad sales plus
renewals
($250.00)
* With sales
team.
Level 4 - Sell 4 banners
per month - 40% commission on banner ad sales plus
renewals ($200.00)
Level 3 - Sell 3 banners per month = 30%
commission on banner ad sales plus
renewals
($150.00)
Level 2 - Sell 2 banners per month = 20% commission
on banner ad sales plus
renewals
($100.00)
Level
1 - Sell 1 banner per month = 10% finders fee (One time fee)
($50.00)

Responsible for of your own sales team of 1 or more people, not including yourself.
Required to hire,
train, pay and supervise your own group. All commissions from your sales group
are paid to you.
At
any time either party can end this agreement. A one time commission will be paid
on all accounts that
are pending and become clients within 60 days.
